B) Inter Circle Roaming with Vodafone as VLMN in Delhi

a) The BSNL customer roaming in Delhi with M/s Vodafone as VLMN will be charged as per standard roaming rates (except for point no. (b) & (c) stated below). The rates of outgoing SMS and voice calls are as below:

Note:
1. GST as applicable from time to time will be charged extra.
2.The validity of the card is 30 days from the date of activation. Balance unutilized SMS will lapse after the validity period.
3. For using of PSTN dial up for accessing Sancharnet, Rs.5 per hour may be deducted from the number of SMS cblackits available. The number of SMS to be deducted from the available cblackit will be determined considering the SMS rate of that particular pack as mentioned in col.4 of the above table.
4. For broadband customers accessing Sancharnet for SMS facility, Rs.5 per hour applicable to dialup customer will not be deducted from the SMS cblackits available in the pack subject to technical feasibility.

Note: The Validity of all Corporate STVs / Combo Vouchers like voice/SMS/Data/ISD etc. have been changed from days to Calander days and validity will be upto 23:59 hours of last day of validity irrespective of time of recharge of validity on first day w.e.f 1st July, 2016

Note:

Revision of SMS tariff by TRAI in its Telecom Tariff (Fifty Fourth Amendment) Order, 2012
a) Upto one hundred SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan/STV subscribed by the customer;
b)beyond 100 SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more.
c)For the customers who have subscribed to any volume based SMS STVs (prepaid)/ SMS pack (postpaid), upto 100 SMS per SIM per day will be free and beyond that the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more.

On net denotes BSNL network and off net denotes others network.
Validity starts from the date of latest recharge.
During both the Bonus Periods, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR Calls, however I/C will be allowed.
The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the Bonus Period I, other wise it shall lapse.
The SIM number can be re-activated with in additional Bonus Period II of 165 days even beyond the Bonus Period I of 15 days for all Card values . However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges.
With Flexi Top up and C-Top up, customers have freedom to choose any denomination, any time and at any where.
In Case of STVs/Plan Vouchers the circle can suitably adjust the MRP in the price band up to Rs. 5(+/-) of price mentioned in the website, considering the technical feasibility.
Call rates under Friends and Family numbers may be suitably adjusted by Circles considering the Technical feasibilty.
The Blackout days for the year 2023 has been dispensed with.
